1. What is the Privacy Policy?
NexXt Level's Privacy Policy describes how NexXt Level collects, uses and discloses to third parties information from visitors to NexXt Level's Web sites.

2. What data does the Privacy Policy cover?
NexXt Level's Privacy Policy covers all the data NexXt Level collects from visitors to its Web site and from its Customers. NexXt Level's Privacy Policy does not cover data generated by NexXt Level's Customers' Web sites.

3. How can the Privacy Policy Change?
The Privacy Policy allows NexXt Level to modify it at any time. Historically, however, such changes are rare.

4. Does the Privacy Policy allow NexXt Level to sell my information?
The Privacy Policy does not allow NexXt Level to sell information that is covered by it. The Privacy Policy only allows NexXt Level to disclose information to NexXt Level's "trusted affiliates, independent contractors and business partners".

NexXt Level may use personally identifiable information collected through our Web site to contact Users regarding products and services offered by NexXt Level and its trusted affiliates, independent contractors and business partners, and otherwise to enhance Users' experience with NexXt Level and such affiliates, independent contractors and business partners.
 
Nexxt Level will NEVER sell any personally identifiable information collected via its website to any non-affiliated third parties, whatsoever.

5. Does the Privacy Policy allow NexXt Level to send me spam?
"Spam" refers to unsolicited commercial e-mail. NexXt Level reserves the right to send communications to persons who provide their personal information to NexXt Level through NexXt Level's Web site. If a person who has provided such information to NexXt Level wishes not to receive such communications from NexXt Level, that person may send in a completed Mailing List Removal Form or complete such form on our website.  
Please note, however, that the Privacy Policy does not cover the contact information provided by NexXt Level's Customers. To provide quality hosting services NexXt Level requires the ability to communicate with its Customers. NexXt Level may communicate with Customers regarding changes in hardware or software requirements, available upgrades, security concerns and related matters.

6. Does the Privacy Policy address NexXt Level Customers who send spam?
NexXt Level does not allow its Customers to send spam to third parties. This rule is not addressed in the Privacy Policy, however, but rather in the Acceptable Use Policy. Each NexXt Level Customer is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy and any person who believes a NexXt Level Customer may have violated the Acceptable Use Policy may report that violation to info@nexXtlevel.com. NexXt Level investigates reports of such abuse and may take action, including account termination, against Customers who violate the Acceptable Use Policy.

7. If I am a NexXt Level Customer, does the Privacy Policy govern how I may collect data from visitors to my Web site?
The NexXt Level Privacy Policy does not relate in any way to the manner in which NexXt Level Customers may collect data from visitors to their Web sites. NexXt Level does not collect personally identifiable information from visitors to the Web sites of NexXt Level's Customers.  
Each NexXt Level Customer is responsible for its own compliance with applicable privacy laws and legal requirements. To the extent any data pertaining to visitors to the Web site of a NexXt Level Customer may reside on a NexXt Level server (for example, connection log files for a Customer's web site) such data is subject to the confidentiality provisions of the Terms of Service.

8. If I am a NexXt Level Customer, does the Privacy Policy allow NexXt Level to collect data from visitors to my Web site?
The Privacy Policy does not relate in any way to the data generated by visitors to the Web sites of NexXt Level's Customers. NexXt Level does not collect personally identifiable information from visitors to the Web sites of NexXt Level's Customers. To the extent any data pertaining to visitors to the Web site of a NexXt Level Customer may reside on a NexXt Level server (for example, connection log files for a Customer's web site) such data is subject to the confidentiality provisions of the Terms of Service.

9. How do I give NexXt Level an "Opt Out" notice?
A person who has submitted personally identifiable information to NexXt Level's Web site but who wishes not to receive communications should complete the Mailing List Removal form on our website or send in the completed written form.

10. If I complete the "Opt Out" form, will it affect my hosting service from NexXt Level?
A NexXt Level Customer may complete the "Opt Out" form and experience no effect on that Customer's hosting service. Please note, however, that the "Opt Out" will affect only commercial solicitations from NexXt Level. NexXt Level reserves the right to communicate with its Customers regarding their hosting accounts at NexXt Level.
